Let’s start from few years back! The year is 1994 and two giants had some conflicts on their thoughts on the copyright issues. They are Apple and Microsoft; point at which they had a clash is the copyright claim by apple over Microsoft and HP’s utilize the graphical user interface elements from Macintosh OS. When they went to court for this case Apple had to face a loosing situation all because of the contractual license agreement between the two rivals.

Courts decision was not final for them and they started some dialogues to solve the issue, after some years of negotiation they settled on agreeing to make Internet Explorer Mac’s default browser and Microsoft agreed to keep on the development of office. As they both continue with their fight some incidents happened and they resulted to keep them closer to fight against their common enemy named as Google.
