3D Blu-ray Playback: Compatible with PS3: Will be launched in October

3D Blu-ray playback after some delay finally going to be launched in October, 2010. It was announced on Wednesday by CEO of Sony Company Howard Stringer at IFA Berlin.  Gamers have been anxiously waiting for 3D Blu-ray playback for about a year time. It was primarily planned to deliver functionally in January. It was hoped to make it available over the summer thia year to cheer. Later Sony officially declared that 3D Blu-ray playback will be accessible as a free firmware update in September. Now it the demand of the time to wait till October, although Howard Stringer hasn’t yet announced the exact date of launching.


With the adaptive technology of 3D Animation has potential to market PlayStation 3 to the 3D Blu-ray successfully. Sony has launched about 37 million PlayStation 3 consoles which are functional in homes. Due to addition of 3D Blu-ray playback in its console the product has attracted much more customers. Most dynamically featured but the frustrating element is that this technology doesn’t support all movies. Avator the new coming movie is compatible to view on this technology but film launching date is not yet announced. We wish that this time Sony won’t break the promise again.
